Bob Hoover and his team at Modern Tile and Renovation were fantastic! I couldn’t be more pleased with our shower renovation. We’ve worked with a number of contractors over the years and have never had anyone this great to work with. First off, Bob sends a very detailed estimate, with costs down to the penny-that was very impressive. He then suggested I join a website where he created a detailed calendar of the process, complete with work to be done each day as well as time of arrival. When he said his workers would be here at 8am, the were here promptly at 8. The same care was given to the workmanship every step of the way. They were also extremely neat throughout the process. I will definitely be using Bob and his team again for my next project! (The last three photos are what the shower looked like before the renovation.)

We hired Modern Tile and Renovation to remediate water damage in our lower level after a hidden pipe leak caused major damage to the vinyl floor, drywall, and cabinets. They were not the lowest bid we received, but I was impressed by Bob’s responsiveness, proactive communication, and thorough design, so I felt confident hiring them to do the project. They replaced the flooring with tile, rebuilt custom furring strips to match up the new drywall to the existing wall, reassembled new cabinets, and painted. The crews showed up on time, eveytime, they cleaned up evey day, communication along the way were great, the end result is fantastic, and there were no surprise costs. We recently hired Modern Tile and Renovation to repair our second-story outdoor porch that had been installed incorrectly, and they exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, they were hard-working, punctual, and incredibly clean. They left the worksite spotless every day, which was especially appreciated given the messiness of tile work. Their attention to detail was excellent and the job looks fantastic.One of the most impressive aspects was how they fixed an unfortunate error that occurred during the job. A small downpour sprung up quickly while the old porch was being demolished. Water got into our downstairs. Bob and his team repaired all damage immediately, and even took extra steps to ensure it wouldn’t happen again. Their dedication to quality and integrity was evident throughout the project. Hands down, this is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with! We couldn’t be happier with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Modern Tile for any tile or repair job.
In a an attempt to make you and the customer happy, I’ll give you two options. I will provide you the material and you can do the job or you can pay my guy $300 to spray the entire job. The choice is yours.The customer had a reasonable requests and so did modern tile. The only area of any concern in the entire entire bathroom was a bit of rough spot, which is an easy fix, but they wanted to complain and Yellow about it instead of letting fix
