Bob and his team continue to impress us with their quality and professionalism. We had two very difficult floor patterns to install, and the work turned out flawless. They provided us with a detailed timeline, showing what would happen when, and completed everything on exactly that timeline (think about how many construction projects you can say that for!). This is our third project (second bathroom), and I’m sure we’ll work with them again.

I’m going to give only 3 stars.The work in my bathroom was done well but the damage to my lawn and Bob’s reaction was very unpleasant. I can only hope he’ll be a man of his word and repair my lawn.

I am so pleased with the work I had done by Modern Tile and Renovation. I needed my bathroom tile floor replaced. The estimate was so easy and very clear. It was a 4 day project. It all went like clock work. They came just as outlined in the proposal. All the workers were very nice and truly excellent at their skill. Brad did the floor with Matt and they did a fabulous job. Scott came back to replace the toilet and sink. They were all so professional and cleaned up everything each day. They even cleaned up outside where they were cutting tiles. Matt even cleaned up the basement where debris had fallen through the floor. I will definitely use Bob and his crew again! Thanks so much!!

This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. This group showed up when they said, did what they said they would do, and were neat and tidy while they did it. Also worked long hours to get my bathroom back. Highly recommend and would use again.

Bob and his entire crew have done an excellent job on several projects at our home. From installation of an attic staircase, ½ bath remodel, new kitchen floor, and a “to the studs” full primary bathroom remodel, each task was done with an incredibly high degree of professionalism and craftsmanship. The job site is also left neat and tidy at the end of each workday, a big plus in my book. The team’s dedication and quality of workmanship is unmatched. You will not be disappointed.

Bob Hoover and his team at Modern Tile and Renovation were fantastic! I couldn’t be more pleased with our shower renovation. We’ve worked with a number of contractors over the years and have never had anyone this great to work with. First off, Bob sends a very detailed estimate, with costs down to the penny-that was very impressive. He then suggested I join a website where he created a detailed calendar of the process, complete with work to be done each day as well as time of arrival. When he said his workers would be here at 8am, the were here promptly at 8. The same care was given to the workmanship every step of the way. They were also extremely neat throughout the process. I will definitely be using Bob and his team again for my next project! (The last three photos are what the shower looked like before the renovation.)
